This stunning three-dimensional, wooden, Dates to Remember Plaque is a fun and easy way to keep track of family birthdays, anniversaries, and other special days all in one place. Kiddos love seeing special upcoming days for the family that you’ve capture with this beautiful plaque.  
 
The plaque features the word "FAMILY" in raised wooden letters, with the words "Celebrate - Joy - Together" finished in black for contrast, that rest on top of medium brown tone stained pine for a stunning three-dimensional effect. The months along the bottom are also three-dimensional in a natural wood tone. 
 
Premium pine boards are hand selected for your plaque. Each stunning plaque comes with 30 custom engraved medallions (circles-birthdays & hearts-anniversaries) to hang underneath the plaque to reflect those you hold dear. This plaque will add a personal touch to your home, and also make for the perfect gift.

    Made in Michigan - 

    • This plaque comes with 30 custom engraved medallions in a mix of birthday (circle) and anniversary (heart) depending on your need. There is also an option to add on crystal birthstones to the medallions, and military logos (birthday medallions).
       
    • The plaque is made of 1" pine board. Since this is made of real wood, every board will have its own unique characteristics such as coloring, grain and knots. No two boards are alike, which adds to their unique beauty!
       
    • Plaque dimensions are 1"x12"x3'
       
    • Three-dimensional wording is laser cut from 1/4-inch bass wood. No vinyl labels!  We apply a semitransparent black stain to the words "Celebrate – Joy - Together " for contrast, while "FAMILY" and the months are highlighted in a natural wood finish.
       
    • The medallions are made from 1/4" bass wood.
       
    • Available Medallion Shapes:
      • Birthday Circle Medallion: 1.31" in diameter
      • Anniversary Heart Medallion: 1.5” wide and 1.25” tall when hanging.
      • Optional Add-On Holiday Medallions: 1.63” wide and 1.37” tall. 
      • Optional Add-On Cat or Dog Paw Print Medallion:  1.5" wide and 1.44" tall.
      • Optional Add-On Winged Heart or Angel Medallions: 1.5” wide and 1.25” tall when hanging.
      • Optional Add-On Bird Medallion: 1.25" wide and 1.5" tall.
      • Optional Add-On Rodent Medallion: 1.88 wide and 1.25" tall.  
      • Optional Add-On Horse Medallion:  1.31" wide and 1.13" tall.
      • *Optional Medallions can be purchased from seperate listing.
    • Corresponding quantities of connecting rings are included for ease of hanging the Medallions  (no tools needed).
       
    • The backs of the Medallions may have dark markings from the laser cutting process. This is normal and cannot be avoided.
       
    • The fronts of the madallions will have a natural glow around the lettering from the laser engraving. This adds to the beauty of the madallions and cannot be avoided.
       
    • Hanging hardware is included on the back of the board for Mounting.
       
    • The first line of text on the plaque will say “Family” across the top of the board by default. If you would like different wording, please note that when ordering. Options we have done in the past in place of “Family” include: last name or "THIS IS US". If selecting your last name and you want "THE" in front of the name please be sure to include that.
       
    • The second line of text on the plaque will say "Celebrate - Joy - Together" by default. If you would like different wording, please note that when ordering. Options we have done in the past in place of “Celebrate - Joy - Together” include: “Faith - Hope - Love,” “Love - Laughter - Joy,” “Grateful - Thankful - Blessed.”

    For Anniversary Medallions, please be sure to list the following:
    1) Name 1
    2) Name 2
    3) Anniversay date (month/day/year)

    For Birthday Medallions, please be sure to list the following:
    1) First Name
    2) Birthdate (month/day/year)
    3) Military Branch (optional)

    • Medallions will come unconnected and ready for you to install with the included connection rings. If you would like the medallions to be connected for you and ready to hang on the plaque, please select that option.

    Due to variations in wood grain and the handmade nature of this product, some plaques may vary slightly from the pictures listed.
